Casa Delicias is a beautiful, brand new home in the lovely bay town of Garza. Garza is home to fantastic sports fishing and the picturesque cove of Garza Bay.
Casa Delicias is a 4 bedroom, 5 bath home designed with luxury and comfort in mind. A/C, gorgeous ocean and green valley views, secure in a gated community with 24 hour guard, high-end stainless steel appliances, wireless internet, cell phone reception (& one available), Satellite TV, pool, jacuzzi, Grill, peace and tranquility, totally private and sumptuous furnishings... what more do you need?
Well, you need to experience being taken care of: weekly maid service is included.
Upon request: daily maid/cook, laundry, are all available for up to 9 persons.

Casa Delicias has fantastic ocean views from almost all windows of the house. The ceilings are teak, and many of the furnishings are custom-made to accommodate this home. With beautiful art, a tranquil setting, and many areas to rest and relax- Casa Delicias is designed to please.
The master bedroom suite at Casa Delicias is on the first floor and opens to it's own private terrace. The furnishings are distinctive and the linens plush. It has it's own master bath.
The second master bedroom suite at Casa Delicias is on the second floor and also opens to it's own private terrace. Beautifully decorated with fantastic valley and ocean views (see left).
The third bedroom is also lovely, with a view of the pool area and is equally furnished with no expense spared (see below).
Not pictured are: a kids' room with two twin beds off the second floor and a small nook off the laundry for a single person, often used for a nanny.
