Casa Dulce is a beautiful, brand new, spacious 2 bedroom, 3 bath home with many amenities: A/C, keyed safe, telephone, laundry, wifi internet, high-end appliances Finished out with beautiful native artwork, exotic hardwoods, local granite and ceramic tile throughout.
The ceilings on both floors are tropical teak, furniture is custom-made, linens plush, & there are jungle views from every room in the house. The location of Casa Dulce cannot be beat: 5 minute walk to gorgeous Playa Guiones.
Relax in the cool living room or outside on the spacious patio amongst monkeys chattering in the tree canopy above...Located in a quiet area of Guiones yet still so close the beach.
Don't want to rent a car or drive far to services? Prefer just to walk around town? Casa Dulce is a few minutes' walk to local restaurants, shops, internet cafe, and the local mini-supermarket.

Casa Dulce has an outdoor patio adjacent to lovely tropical gardens.
Casa Dulce 's roomy, fully equiped kitchen is a pleasure to prepare meals in. Includes toaster, coffee maker, microwave, full size fridge, gorgeous Guanacaste hand hewn center island and counter top range.
However, if you'd rather be pampered, this house is a few minute's walk to some of Playa Guiones's best local restaurants: Casa Romantica, Giordino Tropical, Gilded Iguana, Marlin Bill's, and Kaya Sol.
There is room for 4 persons on each of the indoor and outdoor dining tables: choose your locale or combine with both for larger dinner parties!
The living area (below and right) is light and cheerful. The sofa pulls out to accommodate a 5th & 6th person on a double bed: great in a pinch or with an extra child.
Up the stairs from Casa Dulce 's living room are two spacious & tranquil bedroom suites which have unique touches throughout.
Both bedroom suites' bedrooms and baths have jungle views.
*note: throughout the house there are paintings and other works by Central American artists
Casa Dulce's master bedroom is spacious and cheerful with a queen size bed and beautiful blue tiled bath.
Beautifully decorated with carribean art.
Casa Dulce has a laundry room and a (third) half bath off the outside patio.
Also (picured below), is an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing the sand & salt water off after your surf session, swim, or just a walk around town!
