Casa Verde is also in a fantastic location: a few minutes walk to gorgeous Playa Guiones, shops, and restaurants, and it is also backed up against the Refugio (Refuge/Green zone). At Casa Verde, there is only protected tropical rain forest between you and Pacific Ocean.

Casa Verde is an open home with a sense of spaciousness throughout. The comfortable living area communicates easily with the fully-equiped kitchen above. Outdoor dining on the terrace, poolside, is a must!
Be prepared to share the pool with our local residents at Casa Verde: pizotes (the white-nosed coatimundi pictured above), iguanas, and howler monkeys are just a few of the animals who love to visit Casa Verde.
There are three bedrooms at Casa Verde: two bedrooms have queen size beds and share a bathroom upstairs. One bedroom (not pictured) has two twin beds that can be combined to a king size bed as well. All bedrooms have A/C at Casa Verde. Although with cool breezes and the ceiling fans, you probably won't want to use them!
Fall asleep listening to the ocean waves or a gentle tropical rain and wake to singing birds and morning sunshine.
