Casa de Sueno is a brand new, beautiful 4 bedroom, 3+ bath home with a pool, just a few minutes walk to gorgeous Playa Guiones and shops and restaurants. Open floor plan with Balinese-inspired architecture and exotic local hardwood features, Casa de Sueno is truly the house of dreams. Handmade hardwood furniture, tiled bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, satellite TV, and safes & A/C's in the bedrooms.

Casa de Sueno has a cozy little nook, perfect for watching movies, listening to music or reading. This is off the main living area.
The first master bedroom suite (above) faces the pool and back patio. Wake to singing birds and a tropical garden and waterfall poolview. This bedroom has a king size bed, its own spacious tiled bath and a safe.
The second master bedroom (directly above) also has its own bathroom, a safe, and a king size bed. Both master bedrooms also have air conditioning.

Casa de Sueno 2007
The livingroom is open and spacious, with a beautiful decor. There are chairs, a couch, and lots of room for relaxing indoors. Or, you may choose to walk a few steps out onto the patio, poolside. Walking in through the front door of Casa de Sueno, you immediately see the pool (see below).
The kitchen has a breakfast bar, or, you may choose to eat poolside at the table which accommodates 8 persons comfortably. The kitchen has all modern amenities: dishwasher, high-end and large capacity refrigerator and stove. Don't feel like cooking inside? Casa de Sueno has a grill by the patio.
Casa de Sueno has two other bedrooms which share a bathroom off the main living area. One bedroom has two twin beds which can be converted into a king size bed. This 3rd. bedroom also faces the pool with doors opening to the patio. The 4th bedroom has 4 twin beds, bunk style.

Casa de Sueno was perfect for our family. The house was at least twice as nice in person, than the photos! We also liked all of the fishing available in the area. Great trip!

Nosotros encantamos lo todo! Los monos, los pajarros, las tortugas pequenas, las mariposas, los pescados, las olas, el viento, el sol, la playa, la gente amables, su casa, a surfiendo, a nadando, y caminanda a la playa.
