Casa de Sueno is a brand new, beautiful 4 bedroom, 3+ bath home with a pool, just a few minutes walk to gorgeous Playa Guiones and shops and restaurants. Open floor plan with Balinese-inspired architecture and exotic local hardwood features, Casa de Sueno is truly the house of dreams. Handmade hardwood furniture, tiled bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, satellite TV, and safes & A/C's in the bedrooms.

Casa de Sueno has a cozy little nook, perfect for watching movies, listening to music or reading. This is off the main living area.

The first master bedroom suite (above) faces the pool and back patio. Wake to singing birds and a tropical garden and waterfall poolview. This bedroom has a king size bed, its own spacious tiled bath and a safe.
The second master bedroom (directly above) also has its own bathroom, a safe, and a king size bed. Both master bedrooms also have air conditioning.

The livingroom is open and spacious, with a beautiful decor. There are chairs, a couch, and lots of room for relaxing indoors. Or, you may choose to walk a few steps out onto the patio, poolside. Walking in through the front door of Casa de Sueno, you immediately see the pool (see below).
The kitchen has a breakfast bar, or, you may choose to eat poolside at the table which accommodates 8 persons comfortably. The kitchen has all modern amenities: dishwasher, high-end and large capacity refrigerator and stove. Don't feel like cooking inside? Casa de Sueno has a grill by the patio.

Casa de Sueno has two other bedrooms which share a bathroom off the main living area. One bedroom has two twin beds which can be converted into a king size bed. This 3rd. bedroom also faces the pool with doors opening to the patio. The 4th bedroom has 4 twin beds, bunk style.

"Gracias por traerme a este lugar, la verdad nunca imagine venir aqui, a cada lugar que voy lo relaciono solo con una palabra y para mi costa Rica (Playa Guiones, Nosara) es un lugar de (ensueno). La casa es fantastica y se que todos sus esfuerzos y suenos estan cimentados aqui. Otra cosa el canopy fue algo fantastico que quiero volver a intentar muchas veces en mi vida y mi clase de surf ni se diga. Al principio me senti como looser (ha ha ha) pero lo logre. Nosara, Costa Rica.... you arrive and you are in paradise. What luck I have that I can say I made it to paradise. Since I have been here each day has been more wonderful and simultaneously surreal. I find myself taking long moments to look around at the scenery, the brightness of the morning on the beach, watching the surfers drop one by one onto the waves. It is certainly not difficult to understand pura vida here. I am supremely grateful. Being able to live in this magnificent house makes it all the more surreal. I will never, ever forget Nosara. I am sure that wherever heaven is, it probably looks a lot like this town, the beach and its people.

Pasamos unas vacaciones fenominales aqui en Nosara! Su casa es tan bonita.... queremos regresar lo mas pronto que posible. Aqui hicimos muchas cosas por primera vez: surfear, cruzar un rio en un 4 X 4, ver un volcan activo, bananos en las aguas temales- tantas buenas memurios! Muchas gracias for a fabulous getaway! we had a wonderful time with our family and our son Max thoroughly enjoyed spending time with his grandparents. Afer a trechorous drive in to Nosara, all the stress of travel was immediately erased when we arrived to a beautiful house and stocked fridge :))
We spent our days lounging by the pool, walking on the beach, playing in the and, and reading countless books.
Thank you fo roffering your beautiful home...we leave with sweet memories for years to come.

We loved our stay here at Casa de Sueno.
Even thouhg it was only a week, we know we will have endless love, affection and memories from this house in the future, even when we leave. The view is amazing and we had our own back yard jungle. The Costa Rican people are so kind, and gave us lots of help with our Espanol! we loved the Nosara beaches, and the feel of water splashing on our faces. Being here is the second time for us, but we still learned many new things with our family.
The sand squishing in our toes was amazing, the surf was amazing, the "beach dogs" were fun to play with and the "Howler Monkey Walks" were amazing too.
We leave tomorrow, but don't want to leave the pool, toys, pina coladas and house! special thanks to the Harbor Reef, Cafe de Paris, The Gilded Iguana, the stocked fridge :) , the Tucan and Robin's Ice Cream for providing meals and snacks.

What a great house. Everything about it is breathtaking. The desing is very clever, with the open air and the air conditioned bedrooms. The pool is gorgeous, and the occasional dog visitor is always appriciate. The monkeys are my alarm clock for the morning surf.

So many amazing memories from our stay at Casa de Sueno! our favorite activities were horseback riding, ziplining, body surfing and playing "Balderdash" here at the house. We saw monkeys, iguanas, snakes, parrots, and even adopted a dog for a week - we named her Mango. La Banana is a great place to go on Thursday night for cocktails & reggae music. The house was absolutely perfect for relaxing, enterteining & cooking our own meals. We could not have asked for anything more!

Thank you! We Had a wonderful time. There are four of us - two active boys, a dad who loves birds, music and food and a mom who seeks relaxation whenever is possible. Being from Santa Cruz, our boys love the ocean, our 12 year old surfed up a storm and our 2 year old boogie boarded- how wonderful to be at a beach where all levels can play at once. Angela ( Mom) and Sean (dad) even got to practice on their long boards.
We had great meals at Harmony, Harbor Reef, Cafe de Paris and Tucan. We saw the Medicine Slow three times and loved their music, covers of all kinds of music from reggae to rock ( Sunday @ Tucan, Tuesday @ Gilded Iguana).
Angela took many clases at the Yoga Institute and loved all the teachers ( she hadn't taken yoga classes in 15 years and was able to keep up, learn, find soem peace each day...).
Highlights of the two weeks were Nosara Boat Tours ( saw huge croc, baby crocs, iguanas, mangroves up close, pin spoon billed bird - loved it - and the canopy tour ( 13 zip lines including one 900 foot expanse acroos a highland ralley!! your home is beautifully designed yet comforable.
Thanks for the goodies on first day and all of the clean towels every where. Thanks, too for decent pots/pans for cooking @ home.

What a wonderful Chirstmas and New Year in Costa Rica and the best way to spend this holiday time our family - Ryan, Shelley, Luke, Owen and Skylar. Your home is so beautiful and I feel we spent time in Paradise. So much beauty and peace and truly relaxing. Dad just loves spending time with his grandchlidren and haven a get away from his work. He enjoy doing things with the kids espacially time at the ocean and watching the sunset. There is never enough time and the two weeks went by quick but we so enjoyed every moment. The beach, pool, monkeys, horseback riding, the wonderful restaurants and the terrific lunches made by the ever so friendly girls made for a fabulous vacations. Who could ask for more.
All the trips we made here and back one better than the last.

Had wonderful time with the family in Nosara... the kids loves the pool ( as did the adults) and we all enjoyed the awesome house! Nosara took some exploring but was well worth it.
Tips..
- Fastest path to the beach.... down the street towards Enchanted take a small path then take a right on a mind road, take the small path across from Oasis restaurant.
- Don't even forget your flashlight @ night!
-Best places to eat:
1. SARAFINA ( across from Panchos in Playa Pelada)/
so good we went twice... have dessert!! DON'T MISS IT!
2. Pizza @ Giardino or @ Casa de Paris.
3. Panchos - for Mexican.
4. Harbor Reef ( for fish).
5. Soda Tica for breakfast!!

Nine chicas spent 4 days in this wonderful house and loved every second of our trip! We loved loved loved our casa- wouldn't change a thing!
A few favorites include:
- Miss Sky canopy tour - great view and cute instructors!
- Coconut Harry's leasons - laid back and fun - harder than you think!
- Boca Nosara Tours - amazing horseback riding with the cutest German couple, throuhg the jungle and at the beach - A MUST!
- Robin's - Delicious ice cream!
- Enchanted forest- great boxing class, awesome massages.
-Surfing & cocktails to the at sunset- make some sangria and walk to the beach to see the view and real surfers .
- Bikes- helps to get around the town.

We have had an amazing stay here at your house, this house made our days very comfortable. We accomplished what we came here to Nosara to do.... surf, surf, & surf!
This country is a beautiful haven and we have been very relaxed. We too had a dog frind for part of our stay here, we never found out her name. All of the wildlife is fun to see.

Awesome house, kids loved house, pool toys and board games.
-Good surfboards rentals at Nosara Surf Shop.
- Mini super much cleaner than the other market.
- Harbor Reef food not so great, beach cafe friendly with good food, Robin's- excellent ice cream & sandwiches, Soda Tica very good.
- Canopy tour fun & thrilling.
- Boat tour good for bird watchers.
- Horse back riding through Nosara Travel very fun & good with kids.

What a fantastical time. Surfing every morning. Playing on the beach with the kids. Monkeys, coatis, spiders, lizards, birds, fish & horses. This is an amazing place, and we had great hosts: Ryan Shelley, Luke, Owen & Skyler.
I already miss the sunsets. Can't wait to come back!

We had a lovely time in this "House of Dreams".

Casa de Sueno truly is a house of dreams. Only two more nights and our vacation will come to an end. I am already feeling sad. The house is spectacular and offers every amenity there are ten of us here and never once did I fell like we were stepping over each other. I am sitting here having my morning coffee, facing the pool and enjoying the jungle noises- monkeys, birds and rustl
es of something crawling by. Nosara is a spectacular place, one I will definitely come back to. It is -27 C at home right now, something I am not looking forward to. I will soak up everything can in our last days here and etch it, all into a place in my brain where I will never forget.
Vacation highlights:
1) Beach + surfing
2) Howler monkeys - how cod is it to be having a drink by the pool and see a monkey crawling along the power lines.
3) Renting bikes and cruising around town.
4) Listening to live music at the Harboor Reef + Beach Dog's.
5) And so on and so on...

What a wonderful house. We were so lucky that today we got to see monkeys in our own back yard on the last day. Thanks for the wonderful beach. Playa Guiones is the best I've ever been to. And just today we saw three parrots on top of one of our trees.
