You'll see an amazing Pacific Ocean view covering seven miles from Punta Guiones in the south to Ostional in the north. A huge infinity-edge pool overlooks the beach below.
Casa Colina is a gorgeous, brand new, 2 bedroom, 3 bath house. There is also a one bedroom, 1 bath Casita (guest house). The houses can be rented together or separately. The home is gated with a night-time caretaker, and daily gardener, pool cleaning, and maid service.
Casa de las Colinas is an easy 10 minute drive to Playa Guiones and its shops and restaurants. This is the vacation rental for you if you want to treat yourself: all the amenities you want while in the midst of tropical paradise.

Casita de las Colinas: this is not the Casita you think you know! Brand new with the same high-end construction, teak hardwood ceilings, custom-made tropical hardwood furniture, and spacious, open floor plan.
Casita de las Colinas is located near the Casa but with a clear sense of privacy. It shares the gated drive and has the same services for yard, housekeeping and security. Sleeps two persons. Perfect for a couple or two single persons.

Spacious, comfortable living room (left) faces the ocean and communicates easily with the kitchen.
Private terrace off the master bedroom. Bedrooms are open, spacious, with beautiful tropical fabrics, Roman shades and plush linens. Read in bed and watch the moonbeams reflect off the ocean. Baths are all tiled and roomy, also with plush linens. Solar hot water, washer and dryer and a safe for passports and cash. Each of the 3 bedrooms (including Casita's) has dual twin beds which make up as "seamless" kings.
The spacious house has an open floor plan with living, dining, and kitchen areas. All of these areas, plus the master bedroom, face ocean views.
Telephone (& dial-up internet capable), DVD-playing TV, mini-sound system (bring your iPod!), and plenty of room for lounging. Huge wrap-around terrace for shade, snoozing, entertaining and al fresco dining.
Casa de las Colinas: Striking design with soaring ceilings and elegant lines. High-end construction, tropical hardwood features, custom-made furniture, and quality European and American appliances. The large kitchen (right), decorated with hand-made Spanish tiles, is perfect for preparing delicious, fresh meals and serving them easily from the kitchen island to the 8-foot Guanacaste wood table on the terrace. Of course, there is also a dishwasher.
The house, carefully designed and insulated for natural ventilation, has a dozen ceiling fans and stays cool on the most tropical of sunny days.
With high ceilings, tiled floors, and being situated amongst green hills, the breezes come frequently and the house maintains a steady, cool temperature.

A short walk down the steps from the beautiful shaded patio and you are in another world. The pool area has a large tile-roofed rancho for shade, an outdoor bath/changing room and a private outdoor hot water shower (bottom left).
There is also small kitchen with sink, refrigerator and grill for cooking poolside. Lounge by the pool in the warm sun or on the expansive patio in the cool shade. Enjoy solitude and the sounds of tropical birds, monkeys and the other abundant wildlife of Nosara, Costa Rica.

Laze in the hammock at the terrace’s edge and watch the monkeys and birds. The bathroom is tiled and spacious with plush linens. The bedroom can accommodate two single persons with twin beds or be converted to a king bed for a couple. There is a washing machine for your convenience (so you can pack light!) and a secure "bodega" storage area for laptops and other valuables.
The kitchen is large enough to prepare a 5-course meal for two! You may choose to eat in the living area or al fresco, on the roomy patio with gorgeous ocean view.
