Fully furnished: it has an eat-in kitchen and seating for four persons, laundry, satellite TV with DVD player, lovely gardens, and is just 2 minutes' walk to gorgeous Playa Guiones and world famous surf. Minutes' walk to local restaurants and shops as well. You don't need a car with this rental!
This home was recently renovated with lots of special details: precious hardwood beams and custom cabinetry, bathrooms newly tiled, and new paint and furnishings throughout. It is spacious and open, full of tropical light!. Sleeps 4-6*

Casita del Mar has a spacious patio looking out into the jungle on a very quiet little street. Up the road are just a few neighbors, allowing for peace and quiet. However, down the road a couple of minutes' walk, is the beach and action of Playa Guiones.

Casita del Mar 's large living area allows for plenty of lounging area for its guests plus extras. House comes with Satellite TV, DVD player and even movies to watch!
*note: the living room furniture is being re-covered to match the new decor and paint in this home. Also- 2 sofa beds are now available bringing the capacity of this home up to 6 persons.
Casita del Mar 's large eat-in kitchen is perfect for preparing quick & delicious snacks of local tropical fruits. It can also accommodate larger dinners for your group of local fish, organic meats and vegetables*... Ask about our cook services if dining-in appeals to you but cooking does not! The large kitchen is equiped with many appliances. Eat inside or on the patio listening to the birds and monkeys in the jungle!
*the local organic market is about 5 minutes' walk or a short drive and is every Saturday morning.....
Casita del Mar 's two bedrooms each have queen beds and attached full baths. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi tub looking out into a pocket garden.
Casita del Mar 's second bedroom/bath suite is lovely as well, with windows to the back garden.

Howling mokeys, flying through the canopy, watching the sunset from horseback, galloping down the beach under a full moon.
Trying to talk Espanol and remembering what a colones is in american $. Seeing awesome new flowers, tress, birds, crabs.
Meeting new friends sharing moments, actually catching one wave together..
