Exceptional Latitudes has a comfortable and spacious living/dining area. With seating for up to 10- you can invite friends over for a fresh Costa Rican meal.
The living room has a stereo (with mp3 jack), TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equiped for meals in. If you prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants close by within just a few minutes' walk. *note: sofa folds out to double bed, futon style.

Exceptional Latitudes has two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom also has a fold out twin bed in a futon style. Light and airy, both bedrooms also have AC.
Exceptional Latitudes is finished out traditional Spanish style: ceramic tile, teak ceilings, custom-made hardwood furniture and uses a color palette of cream, dark red, and forest green.
