This rustic but comfortable residence has its own path to Playa Guiones. The main building consists of only bedrooms and bathrooms and has central A/C. Upstairs is master bedroom with king bed and bath and two bedrooms with shared bath. Downstairs is another bedroom, with private entrance, bath and A/C.
The separate thatched-roof open rancho is the living area and has a picnic table, futon couch, hammocks and rockers. The enclosed areas of the rancho house is the kitchen, a dining room,
and two bedrooms and a half bath. There is also an outside shower for those two bedrooms.
Brand new is the "Pool House", a building with 2 bedroom suites (queen-size bed) with private baths, extra twin/sofa and a loft in each suite. The large property is very private, lushly landscaped, has a swimming pool, as well as plenty of parking. Rent includes daily
maid service & Marialas will cook breakfast and lunch (guests buy own food). Dinner service can be arranged for an additional charge. Laundry service is 3x/week. In
addition to being just a few steps along its own path to the best beach & surf break
around, Jungle Beach House is also next door to one of our better dinner
restaurants: Casa Romantica. JBH is also just a block from
three of the best more casual, restaurants & bars...
the Gilded Iguana, Giardino Tropicale and Blew Dogs.
The Mini market is also just a short walk away.
The Jungle Beach House is arguably the coolest house in
Nosara and is THE best group accommodation right on the beach!!

Playas de Nosara:Garza Bay and Beach to the south (known for excellent sport fishing and surf); Guiones Beach: reputation for consistent, very good to excellent surf and miles of white sand beach; Pelada Beach: a beautiful sandy beach with coves, a blowhole, a shell collector's dream, and copses of Coconut and Plumeria trees; Nosara Beach: black sand, borders the Nosara River- great for fishing and boat trips; Ostional Beach: also black sand- home of the famous Olive Ridley turtle arrivadas (protected nesting site). Also known for great surf.
The Guanacaste Peninsula contains a number of beautiful coastal and inland towns. Note the town of Nosara, (lower left coast above Samara) it has a small national airport, and Liberia, to the far north, is the capital of the state of Guanacaste. It has an international airport. People usually fly into Liberia (pictured above) or San Jose (pictured on first map), which is the larger international airport,
but further from Nosara in distance.
