Guiones Beach Bungalow is an adorable, comfortable 2 bedroom home with a pool and is a few minutes walk to Playa Guiones beach, as well as to shops and restaurants. Guiones Beach Bungalow can be rented separately, or together with a studio cottage. Accommodates 4-6 persons comfortably depending upon renting one or both. Ideal for people coming to Playa Guiones for the famous surf. This is one of our favorite rentals for travelers to Nosara: reasonable prices yet still with the amenities you want: full kitchen, a/c (bungalow only) & internet pending. Lounge comfortably here or take the short walk to the beach and enjoy some great surf!

The bungalow has an open floor plan for the living area:
kitchen, dining, and livingroom are in one spacious area opening to the back patio and pool.

Light and sunny, the rooms are restful. It's a very comfortable, cheerful little bungalow with nice touches throughout. Natural hardwoods, local art, bright colors- the bungalow is perfect for two couples or a small family.
The first bedroom has a queen size bed, air conditioning, and opens to the back patio and pool.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, patio entrance and a/c as well. The separate patio entrances for both bedrooms add privacy. Left: shared bathroom.

Guiones Beach Cottage is a studio cottage with lots of its own tropical charm. Located on the same property as the Bungalow, it can be rented together (sharing the pool) or separately without the pool. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen, full bath, queen size bed and outdoor patio. Local hardwoods, tile and artisan touches throughout.

"The Bungalow was like living in the jungle. The pool was perfect.....a wading pool, like one an animal from Africa would use to hide from the sun during the heat of the day....not to mention Gavin, our 6 year old son, learned how to perfect the crawl because of its perfect depth.
The house remained cool during the day...the hammocks were a perfect place to dream after surfing and cudddling with Gavin.......
Gavin had many pets.....Iguanas, monkeys , lizards, racoons, spiders.....the list goes on.....the peace and traquility of that house made my blood pressure drop 20 mmgh!
We absolutely loved spending the week in the area as well....I could surf like a mad women....6-8 feet waves while Gavin could swim, ride horses, go on boat tours.....Playa Guinos is very special....
We WILL return.

I'd like to tell you what a great vacation we had staying at Guiones Beach Bungalow.
It was such a lovely house, so pretty, clean, comfortable & private.
The pool & garden were wonderful & we loved the birds & animals that visited.
We really appreciated how helpful everyone at your office was & how quickly, willingly & kindly you responded to our requests.
We will certainly recommend you to anyone who needs information & will definitely think about returning .

We have spent a great week of Guiones Beaach Bungalow. The pool has been a great blessing. However it is wildlife here that will stay with us when we leave, to return to Norway!. The house Iguanas, the armadillo, the howler monkeys- it's been an adventure just to sit back at the patio and watch them right before us.

We drove 2 hours to get to our destination. Finally we got there. Then we went to the beach, Now we are going to a restaurant.

We stayed in your home for a month and have truly enjoyed our time here. Our two kids, ages 6 and 2, loved the pool. We havE had a great time at the beaches, the house pool, the trip to Playa Negra, San Juanillo, Ostional. Many fun days of surfing, great sunsets, powerful thunder storms, encounters with howlers, iguanas ect.
We spent most our time without a car and have enjoyed it - walks to Pelada, night walks back fron restaurants on the beach, sunsents...
Great times & lasting memories for us all.
