Holiday Haven at the Del Sol Condominiums, is a set of two condominiums just minutes' walk to Playa Guiones and many stores, restaurants and services.
Upstairs and downstairs units are almost identical and each have: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, A/C, laundry, Sky Satellite TV, wireless internet and are completely furnished with lots special details, including beautiful new art. Stainless steel appliances, tropical hardwoods and tile, custom cabinets and local art: Holiday Haven is perfect for 4-6 persons per unit or a total of 8-12 persons (great for families). Take one or book both for larger groups.
Tropical landscaping surrounds the small complex which includes a pool and grill area.
24 hour on-site security. Upstairs Unit: Holiday Haven #6, has a covered balcony and the downstairs unit: Holiday Haven #1, has a ground floor private patio. Both units have patio tables and parking available inside complex.
Enjoy relaxing at the complex after a surf at world famous Playa Guiones- which is literally, just down the road.

Holiday Haven #6 has a spacious living room with fold out sofa, traditional Costa Rican art and decor (*note the Guanacaste slab hardwood coffee table and breakfast bar on the right) and is bright and cheerful. All custom hardwood accents and furniture, from the teak ceiling to ceramic tile floor. All A/C, with Satellite Sky TV (not pictured).
Upstairs private balcony off the living room, below. Deck furniture can be used for outdoor breakfasts before your morning surf:
Holiday Haven #6 has a state of the art, fully equiped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gorgeous custom hardwood cabinets and tile. Prepare tasty meals for
your family or party, after a day at the beach! Breakfast bar, deck furniture and indoor dining can accommodate up to 11 people!
Both units have two bedrooms with queen size beds which share a full bath. Left and below are photos of these rooms in Holiday Haven #1. The bathrooms are done in tile, granite and hardwoods. The bedrooms are light and cheerful. The master bedroom in the downstairs unit has access to the private, outdoor back patio.
Holiday Haven Condos: On-site 24 hour security puts your mind at rest. Safes for each unit are also available to guests.

Holiday Haven's guests can enjoy the pool and whirlpool on site, and also can prepare grilled dinners poolside, using the pool's grill and rancho.

Holiday Haven #1 is the ground floor unit and has a front and back (private) patio looking out onto some tropical greenery.
Holiday Haven #1 The living room is open and spacious, with custom made hardwood accents and furniture. Note the solid slab breakfast bar of Guanacaste wood. Pull-out sofa can be used for an extra child or two. The condo is all A/C and has wireless internet & Satellite Sky TV.
Holiday Haven #1 The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and is fully furnished for preparing delicious meals. Table accommodates 4 persons and the breakfast bar accommodates 3 persons. Additional patio furniture not in photos.

Here to celebrate our daughter Joy's birthday and our Grand Dog Coco
(Cavalier King Charles Spaniel)'s sixth birthday! And to celebrate Granddaughter Millie at 4 1/2 months! And to spend time with Marco- and friends Greg and Susan Smith who live up the mountain.
A great week of fun, sun, humidity, family and friends and awesome food!! Cold in USA!!
