The Jungle Beach House is an amazing group accommodation: Three separate buildings with a total of 8 bedrooms can accommodate up to 20-23 persons. This place is what vacationing in the tropics is all about! The Jungle Beach House has its own private path to the beach (1 min. walk) so falling asleep to the sounds of surf is a definite. This large property is very private, lushly landscaped and has a swimming pool as well as plenty of parking. It is super popular with groups and families, many of whom re-book year after year to come back to Jungle Beach House.

The living area is mostly in the oldest building, the Rancho, a rustic rancho open to the outdoors. It has 2 bedrooms, a livingroom, two dining areas, and a kitchen, with stairs to a "surf check" look out to the ocean. There is also the Pool House which contains two bedrooms (mirror images of each other) that is adjacent to the pool area. Finally, there is the Main House which has 4 bedrooms, including a master suite, and is all A/C. The upstairs bedrooms open out to a rustic balcony.

Rent includes 5 day week maid service and our staff will cook breakfast and lunch (guests buy own food) for you! In addition to being just a few steps along its own path to the best beach, Playa Guiones, it is also just a short walk to several restaurants...Casa Romantica, Gilded Iguana, and Giardino Tropicale to name a few. Both the Super Mini Market and the Frog Pad/NosaraNet (DVD/book rentals & internet cafe) are also just a short walk away. On-site, TV with DVD player, wireless internet and telephone.

the Pool House has two bedrooms that are mirror images of each other: queen size beds, with twin sofa/bed, and a loft you can climb up, perfect for children who want to camp "out", but not quite! the Pool House is a newer building, with custom made hardwood furniture, teak ceilings, tiled private baths for each room. Sleeps up to 6 people (8 including the lofts).

The Main house has 4 bedrooms, a master suite w/ King bed & private bath, & 3 other bedrooms with queen beds, 1 twin & 1 shared bath and 1 private bath. Two upstairs rooms open to balconies. Hardwood & tile, handpainted murals all lend a tropical feel. Sleeps up to 9 persons.

Rustic & open to the jungle and beach, the Rancho is perfect for large groups to relax.

the Rancho's dining areas & kitchen (left) are a fun place to prepare meals & socialize. The Rancho is composed in typical Costa Rican custom: palm fronds and exposed wood beams on a vaulted ceiling provide natural cooling with ocean breezes. Walk up to the "Surf Check" platform from the Rancho!

The separate thatched-roof open Rancho is the living area and has a dining table, futon couch, hammocks and rockers. The enclosed areas of the rancho house the large island kitchen, two bedrooms, and a one and half bath. There is an outside shower for these bedrooms.

My family and I have been renting the Jungle House for five years and find it the perfect retreat from which to sample all the great things about Nosara, from direct access onto Guionnes Beach, the best surfing beach in Nosara, to easy walking distance to all the fun bars and restaurants. The open layout and multible bedroom suites have made it the perfect house to accomodate all ages and family groupings. The gardens and grounds are especially beautiful and private and the pool is the perfect way to cool off in after a long day at the beach. The Jungle house keeps my family coming back year after year and never disappoints.

We love this place! It's perfect for us: we're a bunch of surfers. I am renting it again for next year, a year in advance because I'm worried some of my friends will rent it and get it before me. We bring a group with us. Some new friends saw it this time and I think they already reserved it for two other times this year... Thank you for all your help with our vacation! We enjoyed the Jungle Beach House, and hope to revisit next year. Perhaps we will try March, during the dry season.

We have high praise for Hilda, Alexis, Eraida, and Elisa (domestic staff). They took such good care of us and the house and the pool - their service is such luxury!

We definitely enjoyed it - that property was a perfect fit for our needs and I can't say enough wonderful things about how well we were treated. We all really felt like royalty.
