Casas del Las Olas are located within a preserve of Playa Guiones and is as close to the beach as you can get here: a minute walk! Both homes
are beautifully decorated with exotic woods and bronze throughout. Remote-controlled A/C, satellite TV, DVD & stereo, high-end appliances
in state of the art kitchens: these homes are reserved months in advance and are extremely popular. Casa de las Olas #1is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with a large pool. All bedrooms have futon couches (opening as beds). Capacity is between 6-14 persons.Casa de Las Olas #2 is a slightly smaller, 3 bedroom, 3 bathhome with similiar amenities and layout. It is the shorter part of the "L" shaped residence. Capacity is also 6-14 persons.
Las Olas #2 can be rented together with Las Olas #1 to share the pool, or rented separately. These homes are great for families vacationing together, such as a family reunion, or for several couples. This part of Playa Guiones is located adjacent to a reserve and is a minute walk to famous Playa Guiones, great surf or to the many restaurants and shops also nearby.
Security features boast a remote drive through gate, security camera & speakers. Daily gardening and pool cleaning. Maid service 3 days a week. 24 hour guard.

Casa de Las Olas #1: Large master bedroom with another TV, a futon couch, king size bed with pillow top mattress, luxurious linens & down pillows. French doors lead to the pool area from both the living room and the bedroom. Beautiful master bath has double sinks and huge fluffy towels.
Casa de Las Olas #1 has a fully equipped kitchen has top of the line appliances, cookery & dishes. Dine at the seated breakfast bar, dining room or outdoors.

Casa de Las Olas #1: Equally luxurious are the two bedrooms and two baths are in the other part of the L. Each of these bedrooms has a mini-refrigerator, 2 queen size beds and a futon couch. The two rooms are linked with an adjoining door and both have doors to the pool. These bedroom suites are perfect for couples or families, with room for different combinations of people & sleeping arrangements.

Casa de Olas #2 – This air-conditioned house is located on the same property as Casa de Olas #1. It shares the path to Playa Guiones (beach), about a half minute's walk to the best surf break. It is furnished with the same no-expense spared luxury: exotic hardwoods, granite top counters, comfortable furniture, & plush bed & bath linens. The living area has a handcrafted, wrought-iron spiral staircase to a gorgeous loft with king-sized bed. Fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher.
Las Olas #2's master suite is a beautiful loft leading from the spiral staircase. King-size bed, futon sofabed, master bath: it is an inviting room with a tropical feel.
Each of the second & third bedroom suites has two queen size beds plus a futon couch, a small refrigerator & private bath. Third bathroom with shower is accessed from the porch. All bedrooms have doors out to the patio and to the large Jacuzzi spa with fiber optic lighting.
Las Olas #2: bedroom suites are tastefully decorated and have a luxurious feel.
