Hello!

We specialize in the management of properties which are a good fit with our clients who vacation here and rent homes for their stays in Nosara.

We pride ourselves on having a great selection of higher-end inventory with homes both on the beach and with ocean views on the hill.

Property Management for Vacation Rental homes: Nosara, Costa Rica

All Utilities Paid as Applicable: electricity, water, trash, phone, internet, pool service, security service, property taxes, insurance, yearly NCA dues

Supervision of Maintenance and Repairs

Employee Supervision, Salaries & Benefits Paid

Monthly Accounting of your Home's Income and Expenses

24 Availabilty for any Emergencies Related to your Property

Available to be of Service to Family & Friends who might use your Home, in addition to coordination of check-in and check-out of Vacation Renters

Prompt with Email and Phone Call Communications

Able to Arrange for all In-Country Travel Services for your Clients, Family, Friends and Yourself: car rental, flights, VIP services, drivers, and tours while in Nosara.

Our office is located off the main road in Playa Guiones. Drive past Coconut Harry's Surf Shop. Take the next left, right before Giordino Tropicale Hotel & Restaurant. We are on the right, down the road.

50 meters east of Guiones Beach: right where the Refugio starts and the road dead-ends.

Look for the Nosara Travel & Alamo signs in Playa Guiones and you'll find us!!!

She handles all of your travel & vacation rental reservations and requests for general information about the area. For Home Owners: Johan, our accounting assistant pays all your bills for your property. They are available to you by email (via Melissa). which is preferred, also by phone, walk-in or fax!
