The Tree House was designed with both form and function in mind. The home has clean lines and a large open living area that communicates well with the outdoor patio. Beautiful art and furnishings from Bali were imported to complete this home in loving detail. The lush, mature gardens host colorful birds and other animals you can observe daily. Monkeys traverse the tree canopy and you can view them on their level at the Tree House!
Tropical hard wood ceilings, custom furniture: no expense was spared to insure a tranquil environment from which to enjoy the adventure and activities awaiting you in Playa Guiones.
Accommodates a maximum of 6 persons. Ideal for 2-3 couples or a family. Accommodates 6-7 persons max.

The Tree House has a state of the art kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, including a wine cooler for those wonderful Spanish and South American wines we have here. Enjoy preparing delicious meals with the fresh produce and fish of Costa Rica, or, ask us in advance, if you'd like to schedule a cook. We have some excellent cooks we can recommend to you, who are accustomed to cooking for larger groups.

The Tree House has a generous indoor and outdoor living space with jungle views all around.
Entertainment center holds a TV with Satellite channels, IPod station, stereo and wireless internet. Enjoy the tropics in comfort and style, relaxing in between jaunts across the street to the beach for swimming or surfing.
The Tree House contains three lovely bedrooms furnished in the same tasteful style as the upstairs living area. The master bedroom suite (pictured above) has a king size bed and master bath in beautiful native rock. This master suite also contains a safe for guests' valuables.
The Tree House's other two bedrooms are equally beautiful. The second bedroom (pictured above) also has a king size bed. It shares a second full bath with the third bedroom (both pictured below) which contains two full size beds.
Villa Tortuga is adjacent to the Tree House. Guests of the Tree House are welcome to use the pool and lounge area of Villa Tortuga. Enjoy!
