This rustic but comfortable residence has its own path to Playa Guiones. The main building consists of only bedrooms and bathrooms and has central A/C. Upstairs is master bedroom with king bed and bath and two bedrooms with shared bath. Downstairs is another bedroom, with private entrance, bath and A/C.
The separate thatched-roof open rancho is the living area and has a picnic table, futon couch, hammocks and rockers. The enclosed areas of the rancho house is the kitchen, a dining room,
and two bedrooms and a half bath. There is also an outside shower for those two bedrooms.
Brand new is the "Pool House", a building with 2 bedroom suites (queen-size bed) with private baths, extra twin/sofa and a loft in each suite. The large property is very private, lushly landscaped, has a swimming pool, as well as plenty of parking. Rent includes daily

We have very few rentals available long term (defined as 6 or more months). Some of our smaller vacation rentals may be rented for 3-4 more months at a time. However, we are in communication with other property managers in Playas de Nosara. Let us know what you are looking for and when you want it and we will do our best to find it for you!
