This unique, beautifully decorated home is really 2 houses in 1. They are mirror images of each other, connected by an open central hallway with a fantastic spiral staircase. This vacation rental is perfect for 2 families, a large family, or 2 couples. The features in both kitchens, bathrooms, and the windows include: imported marble and granite floors and countertops, stained glass & European appliances. Sleeps a total of 8 persons.
Tropical gardens, large swimming pool to ocean view, as well as a rooftop deck with jacuzzi, open to the expansive view of Punta Guiones to the south, all the way to Playa Ostional to the north. Thoughtful details are everywhere, right down to the luxurious bed linens and bath towels and objects d'art. Each bedroom suite has a master bedroom (with king-size bed) and a connecting second bedroom (with two twin beds which can convert to one king-size bed) as well. All bedrooms have A/C.
Expense has not been spared to pamper you in these spacious, gorgeous bathrooms. Granite & marble have been imported to provide the experience of luxury and indulgence. Tranquil, restful colors are used in Villa Clara Vista's baths.

Villa Clara Vista Guest Book!
We love the house and had stayed when it was Casa da la Noche. We thought that the new owners had made many great improvements: the hot tub was awesome (it did not work the year prior to new ownership.) The top deck is great with all the plants and I like the new color of the house also. My wife and I agree that a kitchen remodel would be another fantastic upgrade, but everything worked fine. The interior was pretty much the same but very comfortable. My wife loves the big tub in the bedrooms. The gardens looked great and well kept. One of the main reasons we love Clara Vista so much is that is all of the way up the road and away from everything! Overall we love Villa Clara Vista and Nosara and plan for many returns !!
